Training system

Tracks by role

Each role has mandatory tracks defined by corporate. When the employee's role is set, tracks are automatically unlocked.

Level progression

Progression requires a minimum score, practical evaluation, time in role, and validation by the Coordinator or Master. Nothing is automatic — it's merit.

Annual certification

Digital certificates with unique ID, QR code validation, and annual validity. Corporate registry ensures all certifications are traceable.

Compliance indicators

Each unit is evaluated by % certified team, completed trainings, and update index. 100% units receive the compliance seal.

Franchisee registers the employee

Defines the name, email, and role. Mandatory tracks are automatically unlocked.

Fundamentals Track (mandatory)

Everyone starts with the base: 24/7 culture, INBOXE DNA, posture, and customer experience.

Role Track

Depending on the role (Performance, Management, or Strategy), specific modules are unlocked.

Merit Progression

Minimum score + practical evaluation + time in role + leader validation = next level.

Certification

Digital certificate with QR Code. Annual validity — renewal ensures the standard is maintained.
