INBOXE Academy is the official training, certification, and governance system of the INBOXE network. It is not just a course platform — it is the people operating system that ensures global standardization, DNA protection, and career progression.
The platform has 4 access levels: Master Admin (corporate), Franchisee (unit manager), Coordinator (operational leader), and Employee (all staff — trainers, interns, reception, cleaning).
The INBOXE network has 7 official roles: Franchisee, Studio Coordinator, Master Trainer/Game Master, Trainer, Intern, Commercial Reception, and Cleaning. Each role has mandatory tracks that are automatically unlocked.
There are 4 official tracks: INBOXE Fundamentals (mandatory for all), Performance (technical, with 3 levels), Studio Management, and Franchisee & Strategy. Tracks are defined by corporate and unlocked based on the role.
Progression requires: minimum score in modules, practical evaluation, minimum time in role (when defined), and validation by the Coordinator or Master Trainer.
Yes. Certification is mandatory and has annual validity. Each certificate has a unique ID and QR Code for validation. Renewal ensures the standard is maintained continuously.
The franchisee registers employees, defines roles, tracks performance, generates reports, and monitors unit compliance indicators. They CANNOT change tracks — that is corporate responsibility.
It is a compliance seal granted to units where 100% of the team has an active certification. Indicators include: % certified team, % completed trainings, and annual update index.
